Le pré abandonné

This medium difficulty hike can be started from Valmeinier Centre Station or from Valmeinier Villages.

Departure from the resort : From the snow front, take the footbridge over the road then follow the "Chenalette" by the "Déserts d'en haut". From the "Chenalette" join "Mathoset" then follow "Cotérieux" after crossing the bridge. At "Coterieux", take the path on the right and join "Valmeinier village" by "Pré abandonné" and "Cerbeton". Departure from the village: From the village, follow "Lières" by "Combaz" and "Grange bernard". At "Désert-la croix" follow "Valmeinier 1800" to finish the itinerary or go to "Lières" (15 minutes diversions) to enjoy the leisure centre and the banks of the Neuvache. To discover: the view of the hamlets and the valley from the balcony path, the Lières leisure centre, the hop break at the Gwape craft brewery (visit possible).
