This 3* furnished flat is located in Valmeinier, at an altitude of 1,900 metres, at the highest point in the resort. It was completely refurbished in autumn 2023 and is fully and reliably equipped for optimum comfort (including high-quality bedding). Sleeping up to 4 people, it is located in a residence with swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness centre. It offers a magnificent south-facing view of the mountains. From the balcony, you have a view of the ski slopes and the snow garden (Piou-Piou club) at the top of the resort, which is ideal for watching a child learning to ski without disrupting the lesson. For a successful stay, a number of services and facilities are included in the rental price: end-of-stay cleaning, owners' broadband wifi connection, streaming box, Canal+ bouquet, etc. Ideally located on the Place de Roche Noire, the flat is close to all the shops you need (supermarkets, bakery, cheese shop, ski equipment hire, restaurants, etc.), so you can leave your car behind for the duration of your stay (free public parking spaces at the foot of the residence). Access to the slopes is just 50 metres away (you can ski back down when the Place is snow-covered). The heated ski room is easily accessible from the flat. The ESF and Office de Tourisme offices are nearby. In summer, numerous hiking routes start from the foot of the residence (including hikes to Lac Vert, Lac de Roche Noire, Col des Marches, Mont Thabor, etc.). Just a stone's throw from the residence, the Col des Marches stream provides a refreshing and rejuvenating view. In just five minutes, you'll find yourself in an unspoilt natural setting. From the flat, you can access directly to the swimming pool (free) and its sun terrace with sun loungers, the sauna and hammam (fee payable, booking required at reception) and the fitness room (free, booking required). The flat has the advantage of being in a quiet area, overlooking the rear of the residence, but with easy access to all the resort's activities (quick access to the snow front at an altitude of 1,800 metres). It offers an ideal compromise between relaxation and family, sporting and/or festive activities.
